JoomlaServices.ca has 2 independent DNS servers. When hosting with us it is necessary you point your domains DNS records to our servers. If you registered a new domain with us then these will already be properly set. If you are transfering a domain to us then it would be wise to verify after the transfer but they will likely be set properly.

To change your DNS servers you must log into your registrar's administration control panel and change your settings to reflect the following:

• ns1.joomlaservices.ca
• ns2.joomlaservices.ca

Once these changes are saved it can take up to 48 hours before they become effective. It usually begins working within 12 to 24 hours.
