Directory browsing lets you see a list of files in a directory when there is no index page such as "index.html" or "index.php".

JoomlaServices.ca does not allow "directory browsing" by default as it is considered a security risk because it shows a list of all files in your directories.

However, you can enable it on your site, or for a particular directory, by adding or editing a file named .htaccess with the following line:

Options Indexes FollowSymLinks Multiviews

Edit the file /public_html/.htaccess to enable this for your whole site, or add the file to directory you choose.

This can be edited from within your cPanel interface under Files->File Manager
